Hey, guys! Hiku here!

I have finally figured I should call a slowaitus. While everyone tagging with me won't be surprised, I'm just going to pop a post up here, on the off chance anyone wanted me anywhere.

For the next week or so, in an effort to catch up with my suddenly increased workload, I'm going to be effectively MIA. I'll be trying to tag all of the threads I already owe tags in, but I won't be able to tag into much else.

If someone really wants/needs my characters somewhere, though, please let me know here, in private message, or on plurk @

hikuswing. When I finally get all these assignments under control, I'll be more than happy to tag everything I can.

This is Alex, posting up a hiatus notice for Roy! Unfortunately, her wrists are trying hard to give up the ghost and she's taking a step back from the computer to get them better. Her goal is to be back around May 21st, but until then? Minimal tags, if any, from her hand.

This impacts Aisha, Terry (Batman), and Pietro! It could impact someone else, but Alex is blanking right now.

My motivation has been shot. Time to take a break! Month long break to figure out what the hell is up with my motivation either for the character or for the game, not sure which received most damage from that shot.

Going on hiatus for a bit. My drive is just very slow to nonexistent right now, and I've got other things to focus on as well.

I'll work on tagging existing threads, but for the next week or so, Raimi Matthews will be completely inaccessible. He is either holed up in his apartment doing what computer programmers do, and/or he'll be eaten by a teleporter while on his way to get groceries. Both are equally likely to happen.

When I get back, I'd love to do plotting stuff with y'all, though!

Yep, it's about time I did this for my sanity. It turns out that in addition to the three essays totaling 30 pages I have to do in the next few weeks, I also have to do two take-home finals totaling three more essays. This is on top of the several hundred pages of reading I have to do still in the semester and the few hundred more I am expected to do in research. Graduating college is hard, you guys. So I am declaring emergency hiatus, effective immediately, for about a month. I may be back around May 18-20th, but just to be safe I have it extended to the 24th.

This affects Sollux Captor of the OU variety. He will be on autopilot, making a bunch of handy dandy devices for all you rebellious souls, such as a disruptor for Hypatia's little eyes and ears and a subnet with sufficient security to keep out of her reach. Feel free to assume he is becoming an unwashed obsessive nerdling. He may get eaten by teleporters at some point. In the meantime, godmode rights go to Aradia and OU Karkat.

Yeah, so I should have done this probably like two weeks ago BUT ANYWAY.

Given that I'm working as near overtime as work will let me get, plus getting ready for graduation next month, I'm pretty much braindead for anything even remotely resembling activity for oh... about the next month.

And I'm going to ACen this weekend HELL YES. (Anyone else going? I'll be wearing this. And also my Jack Harkness costume. But not at the same time. Though that could be funny.)

So I definitely won't be around from about Thurs-Mon this weekend, and super-slow until about the 18th of May until finals are done and I am FREE.

~~And then I'll probably be taking a second job and being a Responsible Adult but WE WON'T TALK ABOUT THAT YET NOW WILL WE.~~

School is once again doing that thing where it grabs the back of my skull like a Predator and hisses really loudly in my face, and this is obviously a super distraction as far as roleplaying goes. As such I need to hiatus for a while! Jadesprite will be lost in the teleporters or whatever the heck happens here when we hiatus for about a week.

Sorry to the people involved in me and Aaron's plot with the Jades, I've kind of been lax about tags because of this. :( I'll do my best to get to backtags!

And rest assured when she comes back, she'll be human. Yay.

Wash will be holed up at home trying to teach his cat how to fetch his ammo. Spoiler: it's not going to work.

Hey, so, I am dealing with some personal shit that is making tagging even more difficult than usual and I thought I'd give myself an official week or so off so I can recover. SO! Buffy Meissonier, John Egbert, and Toby Daye are on autopilot until the 26th. If anything happens that they should know about, ping me on AIM (wakingsavior) or on plurk (shaunmatthew) and I'll tag when I get back/give you a general idea of their reaction/whatever. :)

Just a quick note that I'll be on hiatus/slowatus for the next little while.

On Wednesday (the 11th) I'm going to visit family out east, and while I'll have internet access, I'll also be pretty busy. I'm going to strive for at least one tag round a day, but things will be slow for a while. Apologies to all those who I have tags with. I hope you don't mind them being a bit slow for the near future.

While I'm back on the 16th, I'm going to remain on hiatus/slowatus for the next 2-ish weeks, as the week of the 16th is going to be ridiculously busy for me, and then the next week, there's a show happening so I have to be around to do stuff (I work for an opera company and it's the last show of the season). Hopefully, everything should even out by the 27th or so and I'll be back to normal, maybe. We'll say the 30th to be safe.

This will affect Leoben and Roxas. I'll probably be around tomorrow tagging like crazy in between packing and stuff. Otherwise, I'll see you all when I get back.
