Hey Singularity! My name's Zae(chel), and this duder is my first character in the game. He might look a little familiar. Probably because yes, this is yet another Dave. This one hails from the same alternate universe as human!Jack down there.

TO SUM UP (hi lavvy gankin your idea)

• No Sburb! What a relief, right? Nothing to worry about in this universe. Except the genocidal mutant kids popping up everywhere oh shit. 
• Speaking of, that's what Dave is. The horns and pink hair aren't just fashion statements, he's a type of mutated human that scientists back home call Invimanus. 
• He's swapped out the timey-wimey dealio for 4 1.3 meter long extra arms. They come out of his back and can basically rip through almost anything and anyone. Back in his homeworld they're invisible to 90% of the populace but here it's a free-for-all, since there's so many nonhumans/gifted humans/what have yous. They look like this.
• He is kind of (read: very) bitter about spending the last year in a huge secret experimental facility. It hasn't made the whole 'genocidal urge' thing go away.
• About that. It's pretty much programmed into his DNA and even manifests as a literal voice in his head. You may or may not catch him arguing with it. Aloud. Without really realizing. It leads to awkward all around.
• JOHNS/JADES/ROSES you are still his pesterchum bffs, he just never got to meet you irl 8C what with the whole SWAT team descending on his ass and stuff.
• He's gonna be stumbling around drunkenly in a helmet and shredded straitjacket 'til he gets his bearings. TOTAL TRENDSETTER.

I love love love robots. Especially the mild mannered kind. Unfortunately all my canon review (read: rewatching and then rewatching the film) leads me to think that Sonny is just like, one huge bag of robo-denial.
