Please note that while receiving positive feedback is also nice, it's much nicer to know exactly why someone might think they're doing a good job. Try to be specific as possible, although there's no rule saying you have to.

So noted about zombie. He's a difficult character to shove at things as he's kind of passive, but I'll try to get him involved in more stuff. Perhaps he'll cook everybody thanksgiving dinner or something. He likes to cook, so...
