So I'm dropping Abe.

As much fun as he is, I just don't have any motivation to write him right now, and I don't see that motivation coming back any time soon. So rather than waste any more time just sitting on him and hoping things will happen, I figure it's better to just get things over with. Sorry to anybody that wanted to do things with him.

Welcome to Singularity's activity check!

Activity checks are not optional unless you have declared a recent, official (as in, filled out a form in the hiatus post) hiatus. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you'd like to request an exception on your own or on someone else's behalf. If you have used an exception for the character in question the previous check, you are not eligible for one this check.

How does the activity check work at Singularity? We require two pieces of activity, where a piece of activity is defined as:

• 1 singularityrpg post + comments
or
• 5 comments in a singularitylogs thread
or
• At least 15 comments in someone else's singularityrpg post. Comments can be either network or action logs taking place inside a singularityrpg post, as long as there are at least 15 of YOUR comments. In a 30 tag thread or action log between two players, 15 should be your tags in order to count as activity. Icon-only "reaction" comments do not count toward the total. You may supply multiple threads, as long as your comments in them add up to 15.

For this round, activity must fall between 06/07/12 and the end of end of Activity Check on 08/07/12.

Characters accepted within the month of July needn't show activity. However, you should fill out the rest of the information so that we don't accidentally remove the character.

Hey guys, it's Pat.

Yeah, don't think this is a surprise for anyone. Seeing as how I haven't had enough activity for the past two Activity Checks in a row, I really think I should stop kidding myself and stop squatting these two great characters.

I've caught the blogging bug, which has taken most of the time I used to put towards RPing and I have also stock-piled a lot of video games that I've been meaning to play. I just don't really think I have time to really put the amount of effort into this game that it deserves.

I did have a lot of fun with this game and while I don't know whether or not I will get back into RPing down the line, if I ever DO get back into RPing, it will probably be here.

You guys are great, though. Particularly Carolyn, who is a cool person and plays a great Emma.
