Looking to tame some savages and bring y'all some democracy

Here's another character from Lilo & Stitch, but this time she's an actual lady. The Grand Councilwoman is a strict but fair, alien and all she wants to do is start up some politics to help you poor, dumb, people out. She's also kind of cranky but can you really blame her? Ending up on Sancrosanct means that reams and reams of bureaucratic paperwork are going undone and that inefficiency kind of pisses her off. 
  
Soooo, who has characters that won't break down and be useless when it comes to talking hypothetical new governments? Also, who out there has a real dislike of formal positions of power and are always looking to stick it to the (wo)Man? 

Plus, she's going to need a bodyguard or two. Can't be president of the universe without worrying about a few headshots here or there.
 
Really I just wanna know if she'll find any eventual supporters or people to go along with the plot only to try and stage a coup. Hypothetically for that hypothetical government,

If you got that from my Pleakley App, I messed up the numbers.

There are 4 films:
-Lilo & Stitch (original)
-Leroy & Stitch
-Stitch has a Glitch
-Stitch! the Movie

and 2 spin off TV programs:
- The animated series
- Stitch the Anime (made in Japan just recently dubbed in English) which, last I checked had 3 seasons so far

Not going to lie, I'm not too keen on anything past the original film. BUT!

One of the OPs for the anime is AMAZING.
MAN, JUMBA IN LEATHERS ON A MOTORCYCLE WHAT IS THIS THAT IS SO GREAT AND STUFF. Also There is one OP with Pleakley as a DJ and that was kind of cool too. HERE HAVE A LINK.

Yeah, in the anime it's an alternate timeline to the TV series and happened before one of the films {don't know which one} but when it would brought over to the American Disney channel, it because a direct follow up to ... something. I dunno, the timelines get a little weird. But first, let me show you an OP that shows everything that is WRONG with the series:

They got rid of Lilo, man. Also, all the humans are pretty anime stereotypical and that's not cool.

New big bad. You know, because hamsterveil [or however you pronounce it] wasn't anime enough.

The old grandma in the anime series is supposed to be pretty chill though.
