I am Lavvy and I'm the fresh meat bringing you this lovely gentleman from Homestuck known as Jack Noir. And by "lovely" I mean "murderous", and by "gentleman" I mean "asshole who will probably stab everyone he meets, be a total creep, stalk the entire HS cast, and be the smuggest asswipe to ever have graced Sacrosanct."
Jack is also a dog thing with shades and a love for terrible, awful puns that he fucks up half the time anyway.Deal with it.
He's also also pretty powerful even with all these restrictions, especially since he can manipulate space and thus watch people/teleport around like a douche, so I have a nice little permissions post set up and it would be great if you could all fill that out if you plan on interacting with him.

YELLING IS THE BEST WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE. It mimics my rl speech habits so well, it just flows naturally.
