Please note that while receiving positive feedback is also nice, it's much nicer to know exactly why someone might think they're doing a good job. Try to be specific as possible, although there's no rule saying you have to.

Notes: I am seriously drifting with Flynn. Suggestions on how to reintegrate him into the game when much of his IC support network has dropped would be welcome. He, as a character, can survive it, but as a character in a game, it's a problem, because he's passive and used to solitude, so he just sits as home and contemplates the sound of one hand clapping. Not good for CR.
