I know not everyone does the plurk thing, so I thought I'd put this in the OOC comm.

The X-Men have a lot of contingency plans for getting rid of giant robots. A lot. There are also, at last count, four EM manipulating mutants on the station.

However, sticking to your own canon defeats the point of pandfandom RP, so is there any interest out there in being rescued and/or awesome team-up splash pages? Danzy, what about that response team idea Billy was floating?

As for me, Emma's going to want to get the children out of danger, and then maybe have a closely-supervised robot zombie killing field trip with them?

I'm going to be gone this weekend, but I can do something as long as it goes up by Wednesday night/nobody minds backdating.

Y'know, a robot-hunting field trip could be a good exercise for Violet. They're not REALLY human... sort of. Maybe. WELL, NOT ON HER WORLD.

Backdating works best for me, but I could do just about anything. Vi's an easy voice and I can prioritise.

I could go either way (wait that sounds kinky). Deadlock is a front line idiot, so he could probably get his stupid aft in need of rescuing (for which he would NOT be grateful at all, most likely) OR, Deadlock could get some of the zombie stuff on him and get all crazy and need to be taken down.

Admit it, at least ONE Erik wants to throw Deadlock around. XD

Erik is already in the fray. He went to the main Zone hit when the call went out. He hasn't been on the station long enough to make a call to arms, and without his own crew, he didn't see any reason not to head there immediately (One Man Army (tm)).

However, he's going to get tired, and I would like for him to team up with people, for sure.

Sean can. Scream robots away. Probably not actually break one unless/until really, really pushed, it's a muscle, Sean, but he can disrupt them and keep them at a distance. Might be useful if somebody else is distracted by evac?

SO I'M GOING TO DO A SUBPLOT POST LATER TONIGHT OR TOMORROW WHEN IT ACTUALLY STARTS but this guy here is going to be somewhat...evil, during most of the event. Would Marvel cast+others be interested in joining in helping to stop him?

Since I'm not sure if we want things to be over so easily via ALL THE MAGNETOS (and kin), I actually have a plausible excuse as to how straight up magnetism won't work the way it should on him if we want more of a threat level. /s-slides away
