Hey guys,

Buttercup here, letting you know that Parker is going home after nearly a year and a half on the station. I am truly sorry to everyone I dropped tags with, or promised CR to and failed to follow through on (thearchangel, I'm looking at you) - I have had a blast tagging everyone with her and I will always treasure her CR and her time at Sing, but I just don't have the drive to play her in a game right now.

I'm still totally up for meme/musebox things with Parker, and I'll still be around with Sarah, so please hit me up on the CR with me meme or on plurk/aim!

It's that time again: We're opening App Team Applications. We're looking to add two people to the app team. There are a few absolute requirements:

• You must be able to use Google docs.
  
• You must have the time to devote to reading and acting on applications during the app cycle. Half an hour a day is a reasonable estimate of the time commitment. Sometimes it's more, sometimes it's less.
  
• You must have good analytical and writing skills.

Beyond that, we're looking for people who have a broad, general range of fandom knowledge. The current mods/app team are strong on science fiction, so while knowing SF certainly won't hurt, it's not necessary. Having a plurk is also a plus. If you'd like to join the app team and think you'd be a good fit, fill out the form below and submit it.

So one time I tried apping someone I'd never played before, and then I tried apping someone else for whom I thought I had a strong voice but apparently I was wrong. HOPEFULLY THIS IS IT AND I CAN STAY IN THIS TIME.

Settle down everyone, I've got a story to tell.

Once upon a time, there was a roleplayer named Liana. The RP Liana was in for quite some time finally came to a nice, satisfying end. The good guys beat the bad guys, everyone got to go home, and it was pretty sweet. However, this meant Liana was homeless!

So Liana shopped around and played in a few games, trying to find a place she could settle down again. Finally, she came across SINGULARITY, which seemed to be full of cool people and awesome Mass Effect players! This was especially awesome since LAIR OF THE SHADOW BROKER had just come out, thus reigniting her love of a character she liked! So, Liana settled down to write an app for Dr. Liara T'Soni.

She ended up apping Terezi Pyrope instead.

Well, okay, she thought. I'll just app Liara after I get settled in this new game. I'll see how things work out first before committing another character to this place.

So she did.

And then she apped Chell instead.

This went on for quite some times. TWO YEARS, IN FACT. AND THEN FINALLY LIANA STOPPED ACTING LIKE A MORON AND APPED HER DAMN CHARACTER THE FUCKING END.
