Hello Sing! I'm Rachel, and I'm dragging my illustrious and lovely Castor along with me. I'm playing him a little differently than I normally do here, instead keeping him more Castor than Zuse. So he's bascially a massive dick with a huge ego and a very cowardly streak. Be careful, he tends to backstab.

Welcome to Singularity's activity check!

Activity checks are not optional unless you have declared a recent, official (as in, filled out a form in the hiatus post) hiatus. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you'd like to request an exception on your own or on someone else's behalf. If you have used an exception for the character in question the check before, you are not eligable for one this check.

How does the activity check work at Singularity? The game's check is rather simple at the moment, requiring little activity. The list of acceptable forms of activity are as following.

• 1 singularity_rpg post + comments
or
• singularitylogs activity (participation in a log). Action logs taking place inside a singularity_rpg post are also acceptable, so long as there are at least 15 of YOUR comments. In a 30 tag thread or action log between two players, 15 should be your tags and 15 should be the other person’s tags in order to count as activity
or
• At least 15 comments in someone else's singularity_rpg post.

Note: The requirement for activity must fit within the activity period. That is, from the end date of the last Activity Check, 04/01/11, to the end of the current one, 06/01/11.

As a secondary note, characters accepted within the month of May needn't show activity, however you're encouraged (read: you should) to fill out the rest of the information so that we don't accidentally remove the character.

Hello Singians. Singese. Singlandians? Singites?

I'm calling a maybe?Slowatus because it seems my e-mail has gone and fucked itself in the eye or something. I can't even access it except on my phone, so finding tags is kind of complicated and time consuming when it's even possible. So yeah, just a heads up on this for a little while until I get this sorted out.

Anyone else having trouble with the Yahoo mail beta? Hm.

There's no easy way to put it, but I'm dropping the Terminator. I loved and still love everyone I've interacted with through him, but my drive to play him is simply gone and it wouldn't be fair to shoehorn a subpar character into a cast that deserves a player with their whole heart into it.

So you know what Sing needs more of? Normal people. You know what I have here? A librarian. Meet Owem.

Okay, sure, he was librarian in a post-apocalyptic walled city, in charge of all the people and all the books. He's pretty even-keeled, used to listening to problems and offering solutions and delegating, as well as shelving and the Dewey decimal system and how to grow the perfect tomato plant. His dirty little vices are reading, ice cream, and flowers.

He also likes to dabble a bit in writing. Mostly just diary entries and musings about the city and people he was in charge of, but there is the occasional little fics about what goes on with his friends behind closed doors. Drop me a line if your characters ever want to find stuff about them.

This is going to be a far cry from his desert domain, but he'll do his best to take it all in stride. PB is Morgan Freeman, because I can.
