I'm quite excited to be here! Unfortunately, I won't be able to post anything until Thursday due to deadline grues and the dreaded finals hydra. But once that's squared away, another guy with ridiculous hair will be roaming Sacrosanct.

Hi everyone! My name's Kris. You may know me elsewhere as that other fair-haired boy of science fiction visual media, James T. Kirk (Shatner-flavored), but I'm here to be contrary and prove you can like both.

I'm new to the game, and new to Luke, so any hand-holding is appreciated. Especially since I counted once and realized I know 6% of the characters here. Luke's application is here if you want to know where I'm coming from and I should say that:

1) I'm bringing him from the end of Empire Strikes Back, so he knows Vader's his daddy and doesn't know Leia's his sis; and,

2) I'm really only going by original trilogy canon. I know there's a lot of EU stuff and I'm sure it's awesome. I'm sorry if playing without it is a no-no, but I grew up on the trilogy and it's what I'm interested in. I'm totally open to hearing about stuff you think is interesting or relevant that I get wrong, but I do want to warn that whatever headcanon I come up with may or may not jive with other media.

Anyway! I'm super excited to play with you all and I'll intro this guy as soon as I figure out what the heck is going on. My aim is originalfine but I'm usually only on if someone pokes me and tells me to be; it's easier to reach me by PM or, ideally I guess, plurk. I'm really laid back when it comes to RP, so please let me know if I can answer any questions or help out or want to plot. I'm pretty equal-opportunity as far as serious and crack go, so I should be able to find my niche.

ETA: I was asked about 4th-walling/canon puncture. I'm totally okay with this--I have no idea how he'll react but I always prefer to roll with the punches and I adore meta, so sure. If your character would recognize Luke, you're free to acknowledge such!

Ffffff hello everyone this is Teal and I am bringing you an OC.

This is Alex Wilson. Alex is an ambiguously gendered person (... technically she's female and thinks of herself with feminine pronouns, but it's really hard to tell from looking at her and from listening to her). She is a 27 year old college professor stuck teaching freshman composition with severe disassociation and disillusionment with reality! To the point that she spends most of her time sleeping.

Except the thing is that she 1. can go poking around in other people's dreams and 2. Somebody told her that she was the Chosen One or something (she's not, really, and if you want to know more about THAT mess you can just read her app, because it's kind of a TL;DR) Also if you ever played in thewake_rp some elements of her backstory may be uh. Familiar. since I kind of based thewake's backstory on her universe >>;

Thing is, since the only way she was ever able to tell the difference between dreams and reality was because her dreams were 200% cooler, she's... going to be completely sure that you're all figments of her imagination and she's asleep. At least until she realizes that she hasn't woken up for a week of dream-time and then has a panic attack.

So, you know how I've been super-slow lately? Well, High School final exams are starting this week, and coupled with the fact my second IT cert is on Friday and I'm not ready for it, I'm going to be studying my ass off, which doesn't leave a lot of room for RP.

tl;dr, calling a break for the moment. Shouldn't last more than a week, but it will last at least that long, I really wanted to plot stuff with species swap but I'm totes gonna have to sit it out for the rest of the week.

Godmode rights go to whoever can catch me on my AIM at ReplisMonathin (or Monathin on Plurk, I might drop in there occasionally), if no one asks me about stuff, ATLAS autopilot godmode rights go to Tricks AKA Sol/P-Body mun, and John autopilot/godmode rights go to Louise.

Hello, fine players of Sing! My name's Blu and I am bringing you a small, viking-like child to play with. His name is Hiccup and he is made of fail.

For those familiar with the movie How to Train Your Dragon, my Hiccup is coming from a liiiittle past halfway plot-wise. He has not yet wooed the object of his affection by making her choose between him and a twenty story drop. He's attempting to run away from home. Heee did not expect to run this far, though.
