Brig again with a brand new character, the Arbiter from Halo 2 and 3. He's an 8 foot space samurai alien obsessed with honor and duty and uh his species HAD been trying to exterminate all humans from the galaxy, but he got over that and now he's a friendly. Mostly.

He's also coming in from Amat because I'm a terrible person so don't be surprised if he starts talking about magic sex island and collars.
