Please note that while receiving positive feedback is also nice, it's much nicer to know exactly why someone might think they're doing a good job. Try to be specific as possible, although there's no rule saying you have to.

Okay, uh. Just so you know? Abraxas is pretty much the reason I came to Sing at all--before I picked up Gibson, even. He's creepy wonderful amazing, I basically have no crit for you beyond YOU ARE AWESOME AND YOU SHOULD FEEL AWESOME, and I'm stalking his thread with Jalen.

And don't worry about slowtags, seriously. (I'm attributing at least part of it to dat HTML, which is awesome but seems to be kind of a pain in the ass.)
