+ I know I've been semi-fail on activity recently, and I'd like to apologize for that. I am working on it, however, and I should be back up to speed with everything by next week. I WILL BE BACKTAGGING ALL OF THE THINGS. BEWARE.
+ Sam has an anon-enabled, IP-logging-off HMD post located here (http://smellslikejail.livejournal.com/866.html) if you'd prefer to use that. Gibson's HMD... should have been put up forever ago, but it looks like it slipped my mind. One more thing I should do this weekend, then!
+ ... please let me know if I'm making Gibson's and Sam's voices distinct enough? It looks like that's one of the downfalls of playing two deadpan snarkers from the Tron universe, unfortunately.
+ Beyond that, any other crit you might have is welcome!

You're... probably aware of how much I adore your Sam, but in case you hadn't: I adore your Sam. He is the most IC. The most. I love the way you've managed to include all aspects of canon in how he operates, including stuff from the Flynn Lives ARG and all that peripheral (and important!) information -- which most Sam players (that I've seen) don't bother to do. He is amazing to play off of and is just. AGH. FFFF. BEST.

Gibson. Omai. How do I begin to explain Gibson? One time, he snarked at me. It was awesome.

But seriously, best Gibson. I was a n00b and saw him on D_M before even knowing who the hell he was. You taught me +45986749 things about TRON: Evolution and I am in love Gibson's characterization, how he acts with things outside of what we see in canon, how all those things from his past that weren't expanded upon were expanded upon beautifully and. SO IC WITH EVERYTHING, I DON'T UNDERSTAND.

SO GOOD. ILU, AND KEEP ON KEEPIN' ON. ♥

I think what we can take away from this is that I have an obsessive need to find out all of the things about my characters in-canon. (Like. I was totally about to make up a background for Gibson--and then I found out that he had a Tron File. And that it said he was a politician and engineer. And then I just stared at my computer screen in utter shock and kinda went... welp. Okay, canon, you make no sense, but you are canon. LET'S ROLL WITH IT. And then I made up all of the headcanon about Bostrum that would let Gibson actually get elected that I should probably write down somewhere eventually and here we are and oh good god I've completely lost control of this story help me.)

I haven't noticed any voice confusion, but if you're worried about it, maybe it would help if you kept in mind that Gibson's snark isn't born out of any issues; he just walked out of the Sea of Simulation that way. Sam's is armor. Gibson will take any opening offered, while Sam will use the sarcasm as a defense mechanism when someone gets too close to a painful topic.

Regardless, I enjoy our threads immensely, and consequently there need to be more of them. ♥

Oh, that's good advice, and I'll definitely keep it in mind.

And yes, all of the threads need to be ours. Sam and Flynn still need to actually have a talk about stuff, since only one of them remembers the one on the Solar Sailer, and... well. Gibson still has all of the questions about the User world, because it's dumb and nothing makes sense.

I can't really say much about Sam since I saw the movie like... once, four months ago. BUT GIBSON, OMG :D I love your Gibson. So, so much. He is pretty much exactly like he is in the game and yet more well-rounded as a character. He is beautiful and amazing and so are you.

And omg thank you! ♥ It's not hard to make him more well-rounded than he is in canon, since his role in canon is pretty much "snark ⟶ fanservice ⟶ boss fight", but I'm so glad you think I've done a good job with him! (And you know what helps? Having an awesome, awesome Anon to play off of.)

It'll be glorious, because he'll pretty much be in a constant state of whining and outrage until he can go back to his normal outfit. EVEN IF THE SHIRT IS GREEN he will still complain. Loudly.
