I worry about laying on the Buddhism too thick, so I generally just have Flynn not mention the subject even if an opening comes up. If the person he's talking to wants to know more, they'll ask. Otherwise, he's got his Zen thing, other people have their not-so-Zen things, and it's cool 'cause that's how things are.

I was delighted to find out you were apping. Your Tron is among my favorites, and I'm really looking forward to more threads with him. You balance the Boy Scout from classic with the much darker themes of Legacy very well, and it's a delight to both to play against or just read. ♥

Um it was completely different people who thought of it and the mods who brought it to Teal, because different people wanted to do different things. That's where the conflict came in. Not because it was Teal's preshis babby (which by the way he'd been planning for months anyway?), but because different people were invested in both plots and both camps wanted to do both plots next. Don't go passive-aggressiving at him for agreeing to a viable solution that several members of the community, none of which were him, backed and brought to the mods. It ended up pretty awesome anyway, man.

I'm glad you like her. And even better, I'm glad you're so enthusiastic about my writing style. My RP-style isn't too similar to my actual novel-style, but it's encouraging that you feel that way regardless, because I've been trying to get my ass back in gear for the latter.

As for developing CR too fast... a few things.
1) I will totally take that into account, keep that in mind, etc. Thanks. :)
2) Ffff, that's hilarious, because someone just told me I'm one of the few people they know who doesn't rush CR, and it's "refreshing".
3) If you're just meaning with Arkady, it probably does seem that way. Arkady's a special child. She's your BFF in ten seconds flat, in canon. Even if the person doesn't feel the same way about her in return.
4) Repeat of Point Number 1. :D
