Alright, so. Since it keeps popping up in RPS, anon memes, and other related venues, I've come to realize that some (read: possibly quite a few) people don't particularly like Homestuck, whether it's due to the fonts, invasive popularity of the series, characters themselves, or anything unrelated. Additionally, I kind of play a jerk of a character. One that tries to act like a stereotypical bro, in many ways.

SO. In order to avoid pissing people off without meaning to, I'm remaking an offer I once gave on RPS - a permissions post, all comments screened, no questions asked, completely confidential, where you can say if you'd rather I not tag you or if you'd simply prefer me to not use font like this in any potential tags to you. This way, we don't get any awkward "a character I really don't want to tag is posting to me what do I do D:" situations!

I hope this serves to stop any potentially awkward situations, orz.

Additionally: if any other Homestuck players in our cast find themselves wanting to do this, send me a link via AIM (Derpy Angel) or this post, and I can edit this and my permissions post to link to yours as well. Obviously, this isn't necessary, nor am I even recommending it - just saying, if you want to do it too, I can link to it.

I don't frequent those places and wouldn't know, but would like to point out that this is the first ever place I've ever seen these characters! I've genuinely never been aware of them before! D:

Any kind of character can reply to mine! If there's no response from me, it doesn't mean hostility - it just means I didn't get a notification, that's all. :D

I've never played 'Mass Effect' before, either, but the same applies to that cast, too. No knowledge! But no problem with interacting! Although, in fairness, I've finally been convinced by cheapness to download the first game in the next few days...

Actually, thinking about this, I think I'm woefully unfamiliar with just about every fandom represented here... BUT I WILL STILL INTERACT THE SHIT OUT OF WHOEVER INTERACTS WITH ME.

Unless it wouldn't be in character, obvs.

Haha! Yeah, um... to be honest, I actually hadn't noticed them before Sing, either, especially since I apped here to be with a cast of a fandom I'd just discovered. But evidently, they're super-common, and some people get irritated because of that, and others get irritated from the font, and hurp durp I'm just trying to avoid that. XD

I'm glad to know that, though! :D Similarly, I'm actually looking at it on Steam right now, mainly because... hurrrr want. ;_;

But I also decided to get 'Dragon Age: Origins', first. Because someone told me I'd been lied to about it needing subscription fee stuff. Except now I have the fun to look forward to of trying to get around the 'make-the-DLC-work' bug people have apparently reported a lot with it. DX

But ME should be happier!
