Wow Deadlock entirely lacks appropriate icons
So, uh, how'd you like that unannounced 'Kyra falls off the face of the Earth' thing? Was it good for you? :D
Okay, not funny. :( My participation here has been in the 'slim to none' category recently and I just wanted to apologize.
For those not on my plurk, my mom's condition's really worsening and there's a lot of fallout. It is, uh, a little draining. She's done things like take her heart meds three times in one day because she forgot she took them (ER trip), called the police on me because she didn't recognize me, her own daughter, and thought I was breaking into the house, etc, etc. And we're talking about putting her into a nursing home, but if you've ever had that conversation, it's just a bomb of guilt waiting to explode. So, not so happy times.
So, I'm, uh, asking for help. I really, really don't want to drop because I love this place and the people and my CR and everything, so I'm asking/hoping/begging maybe someone would be kind enough to help me and do something with Deadlock here? I'm looking at what I've missed and feeling entirely overwhelmed and could really use a lifeline. ;_;

In regards to plot, well, recently Michiko's been informed (hats off to Barricade here) that these big ol' walkiing-n-talking robots have engines that which are not essential for their survival. Since she's in the process of making a motorbike as of late, engines are of high demand -- whether she has to steal one or whathaveyou.
I DON'T KNOW IF THAT'S OF ANY SERVICE HERE, but if the possibility interests you, I'm more than willing to arrange. (:

i'd love to do something with poniko and deadlock? i've sort of made it a mission for her to become friends with all the giant robots, and i'm pretty sure she's talked to deadlock before. would you be up for something like deadlock getting a morality pet or something?
