Hellloooo Singularity.

I am your resident Tai, mun of Clove ( puncturing ), who is mean and a hissyface. Since she's mean and a hissyface and also because I fucking love Inception and would marry it if it were possible, I'm bringing in a more personable character, this guy here. AKA Arthur from Inception!

He's a point man, which actually means tech-y researcher guy, and he knows how to steal ideas out of your mind - but he doesn't have his nice little mind stealing device (yet) so you don't need to worry about that. Aside from that, he's also a huge information stalker.

Which means yes, I have a permissions post. His application, with all it's hellacious tl;dr about setting (five pages why ) is over here.

Other than that, it's great to bring him in! I look forward to creeping on all of you

I wish? I kind of want to request the item in game at some point, probably as a one use/it gets taken away after the shenanigans.

... You know, I haven't thought about what militarization means for a telepath reading minds. (read: probably nothing!)

Marvel telepathy is ridic and Emma's in a dead heat with Professor X for "most skilled telepath on the planet," so she could probably either brush off/hijack the PASIV, but she'd find the technology fascinating.
