Hey guys. So here enters Duo Maxwell of the AU variety. But before I get into that...

Gundam Wing is decently well known to most people so I won't go into much detail, and his app and HMD is on his journal.

Ahem.

The AU is basically where instead of uni-bang No-Name taking the deceased Trowa Barton's name and Gundam, the man survives to wreak havoc on the Earth and colonies. Operation Meteor is initiated at around episode nine or ten and a colony is dropped on the Earth. Pretty much a turn for the worst. War takes up close to four years to finish and Duo here is fresh off of it.

You're also probably wondering what happened to his hair. Long story. Tell ya later.

A cross between X, Zeta gundam (I think) and another series from UC, yeah.

I haven't watched much of X or Zeta although my friend tells me colony drops is a thing that happens now and again in the UC.

Buuuuuut... Yep! Pretty much.

Well, X isn't exactly UC, it's basically a "WHAT IF UC WENT HORRIBLY, TERRIBLY WRONG?"

Essentially, during the One Year War, the Zeon expies don't stop the colony drops, and the Federation expies don't stop blowing colonies up. This results in essentially post-apocalyptic Gundam. Shit is cash, and you should go watch it. My favorite Gundam series yet.

That's a pretty interesting way to do a canon AU though.

I'd say the same thing pretty much happens to the Earth in this AU, pretty much. It's only been three years so things are pretty much a crap shoot down on the Earth.
