Note: As far as powers are concerned, we would like to give Thor the same limitations as his MCU counterpart. Weather control is possible in the garden zones, but Hypatia restricts the settings in residential zones too strongly for Thor to have much of an effect. Thor can call lightning, but the power source is from Sacrosanct's systems, and a single hit burns out the conduits and electronics in a large area, meaning that he's effectively limited to one strike per fight. Flight is no problem. If you'd like to discuss these limitations, please contact a mod. Otherwise:
