Note: As for limitations in the game, Tommy’s speed is adequate enough that we have seen fit to leave it as is. However, he will need a massive amount of calorie intake, as using his power will tire him out more than usual. As for phasing, it will also be allowed with the limit that it is extremely taxing to do, and he won’t be able to stay intangible for long periods of time. However, due to the limits we have set on previous speedster characters, we are afraid that random explosive vibrations will not be permitted.
