Hello! Keiosu, coming back with this Spartan, SPARTAN-B312 aka Noble Six. Looks like this in full kit armor, and yes, coming back with >lightning and clouds. In short, she's a hyper lethal vector assassin of a Spartan... but she's nice! Really.
