for those not aware, this is one Euphemia Li Britannia of code geass, but actually taken from amat canon because i am a huge huge huge douchebag. :)
HMD post, CR, all that are in her journal and I'll intro her tonight or tomorrow morning, likely. c:

OH RIGHT part 2: euphie's going to remember her versions of people, which will color her views of certain people. if i'm going to have her remember anything or say anything huge about/to your character, i'd like to clear it first, totally, so i will get in contact with you. if i accidentally slip up and have her say something you think shouldn't be there, feel free to let me know. :)
