Please note that while receiving positive feedback is also nice, it's much nicer to know exactly why someone might think they're doing a good job. Try to be specific as possible, although there's no rule saying you have to.

You are taking poor, abused Rinzler into uncharted territory, canon-wise, and I like the balance you've struck. He sounds like Tron, but with sharply limited empathy. But because he's Tron underneath it all, he still can't quite suppress it. Poor guy.
