HEY GUYS WHAT'S UP. This is Len, better known as Nepeta-mun, bringing in a complete 180 for her second character.

This is Doug Rattmann, better known as the Ratman, from Portal (specifically the end of the Lab Rat comic). He's a former Aperture programmer who ended up being the only person not dead after GLaDOS decided that neurotoxin was a fun idea. He's spent way longer than anyone should ever have to running around the vents and not being killed by a crazy computer, as well as helping Chell succeed from the background.

Also he's a severe paranoid schizophrenic who's been without his medication for a very long time. Have fun with that. 8D

Sobbing GLaDOS why can't you just be dead like Rattmann remembers.

He is a model of sanity and rationality. At the very least he's improving the art quality of the station.
