ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL
Hi hi, Mote here with a promised housekeeping post.
TAGS
I've gone and tidied up tags a little bit. There were a few tags I had to rename to be more consistent. Please note your existing character tag; if it's been changed since what you entered originally, just keep the new one in mind from here on.
If a tag is ever inaccurate please feel free to contact a mod about having it changed. Same goes if you believe you typo'd or need something corrected.
JOBS
We plan to have a more diverse selection of job postings opening up by the end of the month. Please stay tuned. We know pickings are a little slim just now. (Why aren't more of you selling your bodies for science?)
CHARACTER LIMITS
The character cap has recently been changed from five to ten total characters. We may adjust this again in the future, but this is where it's going to stay for now.
BREAKING THE FOURTH WALL
This came up recently and it made me realize we haven't actually listed this in the information pages, though Coffee and I discussed it. Just to clarify, breaking the fourth wall is only allowed if your character canonly has knowledge of another series or character. Or you're Deadpool.
This may come under review in the future, but for now, please observe this rule so we can be fair to everyone.
Finally,
UPCOMING EVENT - ASPHODEL OPENS
I'm pleased to announce that we'll be holding a minievent in the coming days, introducing Asphodel to the playerbase. Those characters who gained Lev's trust in this post will receive an encrypted transmission directing them to the Underworld's shadow market in the planet's tunnels.
For those who didn't manage to make much progress with the asshole, or didn't speak to him at all, never fear! It will be slightly possible to intercept and decrypt the transmission if your character is skilled. Characters can also learn the location from one another if players want to get involved that way.
We'll have a post with Lev's transmission and a log set up where characters can interact with Lev and the Underworld NPCs in the coming days. Just not this weekend because er, I have a lot of studying to do. /)_(\
