Odd here! I bring Bruce Hnnngleiter Alan Bradley who hails from our every growing TRON: Legacy canon. Specifically, he's coming in right after the events of TRON: The Next Day. He serves the plot as titular program, Tron's, original programmer and Kevin Flynn's brain twin/best friend/lolno seriously are they married or something/watches your kid while you're "away" guy. He's quite the multi-tasker.

Most importantly, he doesn't know jack shit about any of the hollywood science shenanigans that goes on while he's sitting at his desk with his third bag of popcorn. Seriously, since '82 not one character told him anything about the Grid, programs being sentient life forms or any of Flynn's midnight oil burning activities. It's the Rule.
