I think...that Kyle had a major case of hero worship going on, and Sarah was nineteen years old and in an incredibly high-stress situation (in which Kyle was the only one who was really there for her, and saved her life multiple times). And they only knew each other for three days before he died.

I do kind of love the whole ~destined to be together~/John giving Kyle the picture of Sarah/etc. THING, but I also think that if Kyle was to show up again...it would not be all roses and kittens right away. Because Kyle has been hearing stories about Sarah Connor his whole life, and built her up in his mind, and Sarah has been living with the memory of Kyle, and not the actual man. They were only together one night, and Sarah's quote about "we loved a lifetime's worth" (daww) aside, that is just not the same thing as an actual relationship. They share this awesome bond, but when you get right down to it, they are really still pretty much strangers.

BUT it would be fun to explore how that might play out!

OH well I usually play him from Salvation, so I'm imagining slightly more lulz than romance, don't worry. 8) I agree he's got a hero worship thing going on and moreover he views her as some extension of her son which is just all kinds of Unfortunate Implications.

BUT YES, just didn't want to get ahead of myself in case you'd be uncomfortable fff. *heart*

Oooh, okay.:D (yay, even more awkwardness!) I have only seen Salvation once, which is maybe why my brain didn't go there at all, but no, I would not be uncomfortable with a Kyle!
