Yet another newbie, here.

I'm Fen; this is Kait, from Freakangels, a webcomic about a dozen young psychics, and how they accidentally blew up the world.

Kait is one of the aforementioned psychics, and has appointed herself The Police. She's obsessed with the job, so much so that she comes off as borderline sociopathic, due to her actions in the line of duty.

For anyone familiar with the canon, she has vastly reduced powers here, mostly because her canon behavior is lurking alone in the darkness for weeks on end, which is totally impractical in an rp. Touch-based telepathy and telekinesis, and telepathic shielding, and that's it.

Not quite as literal as the Homestuck version. They were trying to 'punch a hole in the middle of England,' for some ungodly reason, and... overdid it.

Apparently, trying to punch a hole in a country has some pretty apocalyptic consequences - London's under the ocean, there's no apparent government, there are pockets where time runs too fast or too slow... It's more of a watery apocalypse than a fiery one, but rather dramatic all the same.

I'm sure you'll do fine! Besides, there's always practice! I could never RP any of the Freakangel gang because my UK slang and knowledge on detective shows is crud.
BUT I BELIEVE IN YOU AND I LIKE YOUR ICONS.

(He's mostly busy asking for ham on his cheesecake and and being yelled at by aliens. Sometimes he's pretty though.)

I AM TOTALLY DOOMED ON THIS ACTUALLY. Trying not to fail, and fortunately, the more esoteric subjects rarely seem to come up - Kait is... awfully focused, so she's not likely to be giving people detailed plot summaries of obscure detective shows when there's Crime to fight. Thank you, though. .////.

(Oh, dear. Poor Pleakley. At least he doesn't have official missions to get yelled at for? ... And no cause to stay in uniform, I suppose.)
