Ohmigosh, I totally adore your Davesprite forever and ever. Like it was mentioned above-- you're able to pull off those changes in timeline and personality that separate Davesprite from Dave. He's been through a lot more, and you can really see that.

Also, the whole Davesprite being separate from Dave-thing. Ahhh, breaks my heart. Especially seeing it all during the SHODON plot. I loved stalking all the logs for that, espec the ones with Davesprite.

Basically: you are amazing. Keep up the good work forever and ever.

A little while ago, Dave-mun linked me a hilarious thread in which Dave and Vriska had a sloppy alien makeout session filled with insults and hatred. I read it and was like, "Ohmigosh, this is so amazing. I wish I could play in this game." And he said those fateful words: "We don't have a Karkat."

And I was like, "I want to try playing Karkat in a game. And this game looks absolutely amazing. Oh my god, don't tempt me."

There was temptation.

I didn't stand a chance.

There is no regret.

So you are part of the reason I am here. Hurrahhh.

Into characterization itself: Your Vriska is amazing. One of the things I love about Homestuck RP is that it gives the players extreme freedom to be as hilarious and creative as they can possibly be. A few people drop the ball-- Most other canons are pretty strict and don't allow for that sort of freedom, so it's understandable. But you've got that creativity down perfectly. Vriska, like in the canon, forcibly grabs the spotlight and hogs the fuck out of it. While we miss a lot of that due to Homestuck's format (like not getting to see much from the troll session), you expand on it here in the most awesome manner imaginable. It makes Vriska more dynamic-- we see when she's sad or scared or confident and cocky, and we see a lot more of it.

There are so many times when I'm just staring at a tag from you like, "HOW DO I COMPETE WITH THIS AWESOME. OH MY GOD KEYBOARD SMASH AS MUCH BULLSHIT AS POSSIBLE AND MAYBE IT WILL BE COHERENT."

Ahhhh, you are just awesome. Sorry for the tl;dr

I'mma be useless and agree with what else has been said here. I read through your background on him when I first saw you on D_M and I was stunned. I, personally, love taking characters with little canon background and fleshing them out [/stares at Bro] and I think all the choices you've made so far make perfect sense. You clearly know the canon well, and you've taken what you know of the canon and extrapolated from that to go "okay, so, if a person grew up in this sort of situation, how would they behave?" Thus, everything about Ed makes perfect sense to me, I love watching him work, and you have no idea how jazzed I was that you actually apped in.

TL;DR - U DO GUD

and yeah if he's not like this in Tron 3 I will cry :( And then tell you to keep yours around as an AU or something.

Oh good :D if she is scaring the hell out of people then I am doin it rite. One of the harder things to do with villains in general is to keep 'em terrifying, and in the past I've failed in that regard. So it's good to hear that she's stayed creepertastic.

Then I'm glad! :D I've also been pleased to see John running around in that plot, and I hope that via slow backtags I can see him and Sarah smash the shit out of things (and even if backtags don't happen, the mental image is lovely)

It's more that towards the end I stopped tagging as much and a few people (Mon, particularly) wanted in and I just could not make it work. I lost track of a lot of shit and the finale was not nearly as well organized or awesome as I would have liked, and I felt like it got VERY homestuck-centric when I would have rather had moar space marines

Okay, your Anon is adorable and really great and. I admit, I wasn't sure about the whole speaking thing at first, but you converted me to the ways of modem-sounded AdoraAnon within minutes of conversing with him -- and your reasoning for it makes perfect sense too! It's definitely makes sense in a game, as well, since [insert what Kuruma said here].

From what we see in the game, I'd say you have got his personality down pat. Just. GAH. I really do love him, I do I do, and I love bouncing off of him. His and Ed's interactions make me grin all the damn time.

AS FOR ROOKIE I am. So unfamiliar with his canon. But from what I've seen, both Rookie and Anon seem to have two distinct voices!

I think what I love the best is how well you tag outside the HS cast. the threads Nepeta has with our various space marines and computer programs are adorable and cute and work so well. She is like the little canon ambassador or something.
