I'm still reading through all this (and seriously you are the best ever, holy shit), but all of the links are broken in the post :( I'm guessing you wrote it up in word or gdocs, because they're all smart-quotes -- just run a find-replace to switch them to " marks instead.

edit: OKAY now that i've read it all, once again you are the best ever and everything looks fantastic. Once you have an idea of how many teams there'll be, we can start working on what'll go down with each one.
