Absolutely! That's on the long list of plans we have. (We've brainstormed a lot, but there's no sense putting things in motion before asking what everyone would like.) A couple of other games I've been in have used Google Calendar -- it shouldn't be difficult at all to schedule plots through that and keep it updated on a page here.
