Barricade has a bar in which he pretty much serves the stuff. Shockwave also makes it, and I do believe Skyfire has some lying around as well. As it's the stuff Cybertronians generally well... eat, instead of usual food. Just pick a robot, they're bound to have some.

BUT. Best bet would probably be Barricade.
