s-sup, this is chii here with yet another halo guy. this'd be noble one / carter from reach and he's got a boner for his second in command pretty much kickass in every way possible.

i'm actually honestly terrified of playing him in a game and his voice is super shaky to me right now, so i moreeee than welcome any crit or help you guys can offer. ANYWAY YEAH sup more halo in this game.
